What a result costs

1 credit per lead returned. 2 per live profile. 25 per contact found. 1 per live company lookup. Outreach is €49 per connected account per month, not per message.

When a call spends

A dry run spends nothing. A confirmed call spends for a lead that comes back, a profile that is found, or a contact that is found. An empty page, a cached profile, a miss, and a person on your suppression list are free. A run that stops early is charged only for the pages that already ran.

Expiry and rollover

Free credits last 30 days. Top-up credits last 12 months. Plan credits stay for the cycle that granted them plus 2 more cycles. The soonest expiry is spent first.

Limits

120 requests per minute on the API. A key can also have a daily credit cap. Outreach send caps are separate and do not spend sourcing credits.

When credits run out

A paid call returns 402 insufficient_credits and does not run. Buy the top-up, start a plan, or turn on auto-refill, then retry. A run that hits the balance stops. Extend it after a top-up and it does not pay again for pages it already has.

Where you see spend

The console shows the balance after you log in. GET /v1/usage and GET /v1/billing/balance return the same balance, split by source.

Auto-refill

Auto-refill buys the €99 pack (7,500 credits) when the balance drops below a threshold you set, up to a monthly cap you set. Credits land only after the payment succeeds. The card is the one saved at checkout.

One search, before you pay

A preview for a senior backend role in Ghent, target 40, estimates 1–120 credits. The preview itself costs 0. You see the range again on the call before you confirm.
